Korean-American actor Daniel Henney has been cast in a new drama series in America. Titled “Three Rivers,” the new medical TV series about organ transplants will be aired on CBS this fall. He will play a kidney/liver/pancreas transplant specialist opposite Julia Ormond, Alex O’Loughlin, and Katherine Moennig.

“X-Men Origins: Wolverine” stars Hugh Jackman and Daniel Henney fueled up the already escalating temperature in Seoul, Friday, as they spoke to the South Korean press and fans, mixing in fluent Korean sentences.

(Chosun Ilbo) In the category of “most likely to succeed in Hollywood” among Korean actors, Daniel Henney has the advantage. Born to a British father and a Korean mother and raised in Michigan, the 29-year-old model-turned-actor has already appeared as Agent Zero in “X-men Origins: Wolverine,” which will be released worldwide in the end of April next year.
